Bagaimana Untuk Membuat Tempahan?
- Isi borang tempahan di sini , dan letakkan “Custom” di bahagian “Product Code”
- Selepas menghantar borang tempahan, hantar gambar anda melalui email ke applebirutouch@gmail.com. (Gambar anda mestilah dalam format “JPEG” dengan resolusi minima 600 x 800 pixel. Kebiasaanya, gambar beresolusi tinggi bersaiz lebih dari 1mb. Jika anda tidak pasti, email saja gambar yang anda inginkan dan kami akan membantu anda)
- Kami akan menilai gambar anda dan menghantar nombor rujukan tempahan serta permintaan pembayaran kepada anda berdasarkan saiz dan kuantiti yang ditempah.
- Kami akan melakukan pengeditan asas ke atas gambar yang dihantar dan memasukkan jam. Pihak kami akan mendapatkan pengesahan dari anda dahulu sebelum memulakan cetakan. Proses ini akan mengambil masa 3-4 hari.
- Sebaik saja cetakan siap, kami akan membuat penghantaran kepada anda. Proses ini pula biasanya mengambil masa 2-4 hari.
Harga?
Kami mengenakan caj tambahan RM 50 untuk setiap tempahan custom. Caj ini akan ditambah kepada harga standard frame yang kami tawarkan di sini mengikut saiz.

Sebagai contoh, jika anda membeli Custom Frame jenis Rectangular 2-Piece Set (Saiz 35cm x 50cm), maka jumlah harga adalah RM 130 + RM 50 = RM 180.

How To Order?
- Simply fill up our OrderForm, and indicate “Custom” in the product code field.
- After submitting the order form, send us your photo to applebirutouch@gmaIL.com. (Your photos will need to be in JPEG format, and a minimum of 600 × 800 pixels. Normally, picture with high resolution will takes size more than 1mb. If you’re not sure, send through what you have and we can help you out)
- We will review your photo and send you the order reference number and payment request based on your selected size and quantities.
- We will perform basic editing on the photos to insert the clock outline and positioning for the clock pointers. We will seek for your approval before sending the customized image for printing. This will take about 3-4 days.
- Once the printing is done, we will inspect and arrange for delivery to your address. The printing and delivery arrangement generally take 2-4 days.
How Much Is The Price?
For personalized printing, there is an additional charge of RM 50 to the standard painting price (depends on size / number of pieces per set).
